What is R.E.A.L.Talk Coaching?
R.E.A.L.Talk Coaching™ (Reimagining Everything About Life) is a group coaching experience born from a simple but powerful idea: people who are navigating profound life and career transitions deserve a space to be heard, to speak their truth, and to reimagine what comes next. Our work is rooted in supporting current and former federal employees — individuals who have given years of service and now find themselves facing uncertainty, disruption, or unexpected change in their personal and professional lives.
For many in public service, transitions such as buyouts, early retirement, role changes, or ongoing system shifts can feel isolating, overwhelming, and deeply unfair. Too often, the support needed during these moments isn’t readily available. So we created a group coaching cohort specifically for current and former federal employees to come together in honest conversation, reflection, and connection. Our second cohort begins June 2026.

We created the R.E.A.L.Talk Coaching™ podcast to carry the conversation forward, reach more current and former federal employees, and provide a consistent, accessible space for storytelling, insight, and guidance.
Through the podcast, we explore the real experiences behind federal service transitions — the fears, the grief, the courage, the breakthroughs, and the lessons that emerge along the way. We invite guests and listeners to reflect, grow, and reimagine what’s possible beyond titles, roles, and systems. Our mission is simple: to support current and former federal employees in rediscovering their full selves, embracing change, and building meaningful lives and legacies, even in the midst of uncertainty.
